    Alternatively, rosemary oil can also be mixed with shampoo, conditioner, or other hair products. Here are the steps:

    • Add 12 to 15 drops of rosemary oil to one ounce of shampoo or conditioner. 
    • Use the shampoo or conditioner as usual.
    • Additionally, you can add 3 – 4 drops to the after-shower hair care product.

    How Effective Is Rosemary Oil for Hair Loss?

    There is no concrete research that indicates that rosemary oil prevents hair loss before it occurs, but the use of rosemary may be able to slow and postpone the hair loss as experienced by many people.

    As per this study, when mice were treated with rosemary oil, the increased circulation of blood in the scalp provided nutrients and oxygen to hair follicles, resulting in increased hair growth.
