Orders & payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your size, add to bag and check out. You do not need an account. You will get an email confirmation with your order number straight away.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others) and Cash on Delivery. Card payments are coming soon.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number as soon as possible.
Do you have discount codes?
Subscribe to our newsletter for 10% off your first order. We also share codes on Instagram during sales.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 working days. Metro cities usually receive them in 3 to 5 working days, other locations in 5 to 7.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over ₹1,499. Below that, shipping is a flat ₹99 anywhere in India.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and email or mobile. We also email a courier tracking number once your parcel ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship across India only.
Sizing & exchanges
How do I find my size?
Check our size guide. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for fitted styles. Our team is happy to help on WhatsApp.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Size exchanges are free within 7 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn with tags attached.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds on damaged, defective or incorrect items. Please see our refund policy for full details.
