We want you to love what you order. If something is not right, here is how refunds work.
Eligible refunds
- Items received damaged or defective.
- Wrong item or size sent by us.
- Orders cancelled before dispatch.
How to request a refund
Contact us at hello@dungareehungry.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm the refund.
Refund timelines
- UPI and online payments are refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to details you provide.
Change of mind
For change of mind, we offer free size exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery, as described in our shipping and exchanges policy.
